Million Hearts – Climate Change and Cardiovascular Disease Collaborative – March Webinar

The Climate Change & Cardiovascular Disease Collaborative (CCC), in partnership with the HHS Office on Climate Change and Health Equity, the CDC National Center for Environmental Health, and the Environmental Protection Agency, is a national forum for healthcare, public health, and environmental organizations and staff to:
- Expand their knowledge about the threats that climate change and air pollution present to cardiovascular health
- Convene and collaborate with other healthcare and public health champions to address those threats for high-risk populations
