CVH Webinar on the Interactive Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke

The Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention’s Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke is an online easy-to-use mapping tool that allows users to create and customize local-level maps (county and census tract) using high-quality data on heart disease, stroke, risk factors, demographics, and proximity to health care. This webinar will highlight some ways in which the Atlas can be used to address cardiovascular health prevention priorities and strategies, provide a quick orientation of the Atlas interface, and describe the data sources and methods.
